Our Quarturn company Forte wants to help marketeers and account managers of established companies in classic B2B industries to step into the Industry 4.0 era. Their job is changing drastically, and today they can only find hands-on courses to learn a new skill, or MBA-type thinking management training at business schools, to learn what will matter for them tomorrow.
Forte will now fill the gap for practitioners who need both thinking and doing. Who might need a refresh from the basics, and definitely need to understand the new concepts. Our ‘students’ are in the daily reality of an established business, yet want to understand how to get the innovations work for that existing business.
Two Practitioner Master Classes will be organized in 2019:
- B2B Branding. Learn how to become a Marketeer 4.0. Six full-day sessions are planned over the year 2019. Each session will bring the new marketeers closer to making a concrete plan for their own business. And after the Summer budgeting topic, the Master Class helps each participant to get the learning into practice.This course program starts in January 2019. - From account manager to Customer Value Manager. This Master Class starts in the second semester. Forte would like to organize this leadership program for five teams, consisting of five high potentials, out of five companies. The aim is to implement the learnings of each day within cross-company groups, stimulating discussion and learning from each other.
